Returns & Replacements

Returns are not accepted for any food items.

For other items, returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date the order is received. Moreover, you cannot return items that you do not like the package shape.

Items that have been opened can not be returned too.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

Handling returns

Contact our Consumer Support to obtain a Return number and the return address.

Pack the product in its original product packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage.

Write the Refund number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx.

Remember to request your tracking number.

Refunds in the form of store credit
