Kamis softening meat salt 30g
It contains a natural enzyme - papain, obtained from papaya fruit, allows you to soften and improve the tenderness of meat by loosening its fibers. Softening salt is used for dishes from pork & beef. For the best effect, thoroughly rub the meat with softening salt 15-20 minutes before frying, baking or cooking.
