Traditional homemade cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar,
- 1 kg of curd cheese milled three times,
- 2 teaspoons of Orange or Lemon natural extract Oetker,
- 1 pack of Sernix Dr. Oetker,
- 150 g of melted butter.
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Beat whites to a stiff foam with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Put the yolks, 1 kg of ground cottage cheese, the remaining amount of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of Natural Extract in a second bowl. Oetker and Sernix Dr. Oetker. Mix everything with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes. Then add melted cooled butter and mix again. Add the whipped egg whites to the cheese mass and gently mix. Put the mass into a 24 cm diameter greased cake tin with flour. Bake in preheated 170 ° C oven for about 70 minutes. After baking, open the oven door and allow the cheesecake to cool, then put it in the fridge. Before serving, sprinkle the cheesecake with powdered sugar.
