Preparation:
1. Clean Pork loin, rub with marinade (prepared from a combination of Meat seasoning, chopped garlic, marjoram, mustard and oil). Leave in a cool place for at least a few hours.
2. Fry the meat in a pan on both sides, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 50 minutes. Roasted meat will be perfectly juicy and aromatic.
Tip: To make the recipe more attractive, pork loin can be stuffed with, e.g. dried plum.
The cooking time depends on the thickness of the loin and may be slightly longer if the cross-section of the meat is larger than 10 cm.
