Gellwe Vanilla Cream for Cakes 120g
Prepare 300ml of milk (little over 1 cup)
Add the content and mix slowly then mix fast for 2 minutes using your kitchen mixer
In the separate vessel prepare 100g of butter or margarine & mash it.
Add the liquid (milk mixed with the cream powder) and mix all ingredients until smooth texture (approx. 1 minute). Your cream is ready.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, fully hardened vegetable oils (coconut and palm emissions), emulsifier: E 472a; modified starch, pork gelatin, milk proteins, aroma, salt, riboflavin dye.
