Traditional Polish Pork sausage (Surowa Wędzona Długo dojrzewająca), coarsely fragmented, cured and dried, matured in edible casing.  This special sausage has a distinct aroma of garlic and mustard seeds.  In time, the delicious taste and aroma of the sausage gets stronger.  Combination of a careful maturation process, taking approx. 3 weeks, and special spices creates a truly unique taste. 172 g of specially selected pork ham was used to produce 100 g of the product.

Ingredients: pork, salt, spices, edible coating - pork intestine, glucose, bacterial starter cultures, spice extracts, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.

May contain mustard seeds, celery, soy, milk

The best date is on the package.    Storage after opening the package: not longer than 72 hours in refrigerator. 

Storage temperature:+5 +25 Celsius       

Note: white coating is a natural feature of maturing sausages.
