Cream-fix powder for 250 ml sweet cream 30%.

Preparation

Mix the chilled cream briefly with a mixer.

Mix the contents of the bag with powdered sugar and / or vanilla sugar then pour into the cream and whip until the desired consistency.

Leave in the fridge for at least 40 minutes.

glucose, modified starch

Possible presence of GLUTEN, MILK.
